1. No accounts, minimal data
BidLand has no traditional user accounts or passwords. When you place a stake, we store the username, link, and color you enter, plus the stake amount and timestamp — that's it. Your username acts like a password: we never display it publicly or to other visitors — only the link and color you choose to advertise appear on the map and leaderboard. We don't ask for your name, address, or any identity information beyond what you choose to publish yourself.
2. Payments
Payments are handled entirely by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment processor and reseller of record. Paddle collects and processes billing details (card information, billing address, email for receipts) directly — we never see or store your payment details. 3. Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and debugging. We don't use this to build advertising profiles.
4. Cookies
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies set are strictly functional (e.g., keeping the admin panel unlocked in your browser).
5. Data retention & removal
Stake and activity records are kept indefinitely as part of the public leaderboard and country history — that's the product. If you'd like a specific listing (username/link) delisted, email us and we'll review the request.
