Refund Policy

Stakes are final

A stake takes effect immediately: it's added to your listing's total on that country and can change the public leaderboard the moment it's confirmed. Because the benefit (increased rank, visibility) is delivered instantly and can't be "returned," stakes are generally non-refundable once processed.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund if:

• You were charged twice for the same stake due to a technical error.
• A payment was made fraudulently using your card without your authorization.
• Applicable consumer protection law in your country entitles you to one.

How to request one

Email bidlandwebsite@gmail.com with your username, the country, and the approximate date and amount of the stake. Since Paddle.com Market Limited is our reseller of record and handles all billing, you can also contact Paddle support directly with your order reference.
